The Manor

The Manor is an oasis away from the hubbub of bustling Delhi, a perfect retreat from which to explore the city. The Manor was built in the 1950s, and retains an chic, elegant and modern feel about it. In many ways, everything about the Manor contrasts the hustle and bustle of Delhi. Where you find an eclectic blend of colours whilst exploring Delhi, the Manor features understated caramel and beige colours. Where you find narrow alleyways and streets in Delhi, you find a lovely landscaped garden to return back to. In this way, it becomes a lovely city retreat. All the rooms come with modern amenities, complete with bathrooms featuring Italian mosaic floors stocked with top-of-the-range Kama Ayurveda products. There are three categories to choose from; upgrade to a Manor Junior Suite which gives your a private terrace, or the vast Manor Suite on the top floor. The main restaurant is called Indian Accent, and features Indian/Western fusion cuisine, with a bar that opens out onto the patio and gardens. In many ways, this creates quite a young and trendy vibe about the Manor, so not ideal if you like to be taken back in time at a more traditional hotel. The Manor has a Spa, Zehen, which offers a range of treatments and also features a gym.
