ATOL: Your Financial Protection

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme (T7596). But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Please ask us for our booking conditions for information, or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate visit www.atol.org.uk/ATOLCertificate.

TTA: Your Financial Protection

Where flights are not included your holiday is protected through our membership of the Travel Trust Association. We hold TTA membership number Q4406. The Travel Trust Association exists in order to protect the customer and provides 100% financial protection. This means that every penny your pay to Millis Potter that is not protected by ATOL is protected by the Travel Trust Association.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex Payments.

What does it mean if a company is a member of the Travel Trust Association?

It means that you can book your holiday secure in the knowledge that Travel Trust Association will protect you in the unlikely event of a member becoming insolvent. Should a member of the Travel Trust Association for any reason financially fail or cease trading, the Travel Trust Association will liaise with the suppliers to ensure that your holiday goes ahead unaffected. If for any reason this is not possible, the TTA will administer a claim for a refund of money that you have paid to a member for your holiday.

The Travel Trust Association

The Travel Trust Association is a trade association of Travel, Agents, Tour Operators and Travel Organisers, that operate trust accounts, in order to provide financial protection for the consumer. The TTA lays down strict guidelines on how customer’s funds may be handled and each member must adhere to these guidelines. Every TTA member puts customer’s funds into a designated trust account, which is supervised by an independent trustee. Your funds are held in this account and may not be released until you return from holiday.

Therefore, the Trust Account plus the guarantee will ensure that all money which you have paid is safely protected and available to reimburse the money paid. When you make a booking you will be supplied with a guarantee certificate – you can see the terms of the guarantee at www.traveltrust.co.uk/guarantee.
