My husband and I just came back from our trip to Jordan.
I must say that it was a fabulous trip from beginning to end. The customer service was excellent and we were looked after very well from the moment we landed at the airport until we left Jordan.
Our hotel (Movenpick) in Petra was impressive and the buffets at the Hilton Hotel at the Dead Sea were superb. Hilton hotel is situated in a wonderful setting overlooking the Dead Sea, and the swim at the Dead Sea was a magical experience too!
The ancient Roman remains in the city of Jerash is a must-see, awesome and fascinating history.
A trip to Mt Nebu and seeing the amazing mosaics is an eye-opener.
Petra is breathtakingly beautiful and camping in the desert at Wadi Rum is something not to be missed! I just wished our stay was longer.
Credit also to our driver Daher, who is a safe and very good driver, he had extensive knowledge of the entire place, and he looked after us very well.
Thanks to Marcus at Millis Potter for arranging a wonderful itinerary, we really had a fantastic time.
Our whole entire trip was an experience to be cherished!
I would consider going back again one day.

Our driver/guide was excellent, the hotels and food great, and the people of Oman were friendly and kind. My wife and I really loved the experience.  I would not hesitate to use Millis Potter again.

Marcus at Millis Potter is very knowledgable regards their destinations has intimate and valuable knowledge. He was very enthusiastic & put together an amazing 3+ week trip touring Rajasthan in March 2018, listening to what we thought we wanted & providing several options both terms of price and luxury and suggesting numerous experiences to truly understand the culture and lovely people. We booked with just over a month to departure (our normal last-minute decisions) and our trip truly delivered ALL & MORE that was briefed and suggested by Millis Potter.

All the details were worked out & visas arranged for us at the outset. All the tours & experiences were amazing and the guides all arranged by Marcus and the TEAM were fantastic.

Even when things went a bit belly up for a few days (our fault not hotels) the next stop hotels and transport were rescheduled and rearranged by local managers who looked after us really well and Marcus thoughtfully called just to double check to see if we needed anything else.

Colin and I were discussing the trip last night and saying how lucky that we did find you at the very last minute. I just wanted to say a big thank you for putting together such a good taste of India, in such a short time We had a great flight on Jet Airways and it was fabulous to be met at the door of the plane and whisked through the airport and driven to the hotel. Everyone has been extremely professional and helpful. I appreciated your reading list and was pleased to realise I had actually read a few of them, but will tackle a few more when I return. Have just got back from a breathtaking dawn visit to the Taj, which took our breath away, despite having seen it from many angles yesterday.  We really appreciated the visit to Kachhpura, to see what life is really like for so many.   We had an excellent tour guide and our driver magically always secures a spot right near our exits or entrances. We got upgraded to a suite at the Oberoi, which was great.  Your advice about hotels in Agra was spot on.  In Delhi, we had a good walk around the Nicholson cemetery and I found that, and the Skinner church and cemetery, very moving and a reminder of the human cost of our empire building. You certainly more than achieved your aim of giving us a taste of India, we learnt and saw a great deal in a very short time.  So thanks so much for all your help and arrangements, which worked so well.

We got back on Thursday night, and had the most fabulous holiday.  All the hotels we stayed in were absolutely wonderful – Purity and the Aanavilasam Plantation House were just shear luxury closely follwed by the Marari Beach Resort and The Old Habour in Fort Kochi. We really enjoyed the Lakes & Lagoon Houseboat and had a terrific thunderstorm which made the trip really interesting and the Talayer Tea Plantation was a real experience and the food we were cooked there was really good. Adrian and our driver Shaiju were very attentive and incredibly helpful throughout our holiday. All the guides provided by them were great. We will definitely be returning to India for our next holiday!
