There are 137 rooms at the Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo. The 36sqm Madina Deluxe Rooms have views over the city. The design is classic, yet contemporary with a soft brown finish. There is a flat-screen TV, desk, 24-hour butler service, free WiFi and safe in all rooms. A massive plus-point is the complimentary minibar offering soft drinks and snacks. The en-suite bathroom comes with a combined shower and bathtub. The Nile Superior Rooms are a little smaller at 33sqm but come with the views. We prefer the Nile Deluxe Rooms. These are an ample 36sqm and are bright and spacious. There’s a small balcony from which to look out at the Nile. There are a range of suites of all shapes and sizes. Our pick of them is the Nile Deluxe Suite – amazing views, living space and wonderful bathrooms.

The Kempinski Nile Hotel Cairo has two restaurants and three bars/lounges. The Osmaly Restaurant serves mainly Turkish cuisine inspired from the Ottoman era. The Blue Restaurant & Grill serves Italian fare. The Chocolate Lounge serves afternoon tea, as well as superb barista-style coffee. The Rooftop is, as its name suggests, on top of the hotel beside the pool. Enjoy drinks or late-night dining with views to match. The Jazz Bar is where to head after dinner, with live entertainment every Wednesday and Thursday.
