Manial Palace
The Manial Palace in Egypt was built by Prince Mohammed Ali Tewfik and has reopened as one of Cairo’s best museums. The architecture is a blend of Ottoman, Moorish, Persian and European rococo styles, and the gardens are equally as impressive. Opulence and grandeur are the order of the day, and you can see a collection of furniture, clothing, silver and gold as you pass through the staterooms and hugely impressive Throne Room.
