Landruk is located on the opposite side of the Modi Khanda Valley from Ghandruk (about a two hour trek between them) and also offers a superb view of the high peaks of the Annapurna Range. It is at an altitude of 5,379 feet / Landruk is also about a three hour hike from Majghgaon, four hours from Birethanti and five hours to Dhampus. Landruk is famous for its honey hunters who climb up flimsy bamboo ladders to collect honeycomb from sheer rock cliff faces. The lodge has 12 en-suite bedrooms with a lovely external veranda. The rooms are comfortably furnished, with wooden floors and black-slate en suite bathrooms featuring hot showers.
