Experiences around Ramathra

We definitely suggest going on the 3-hour Ramathra Village Train, taking you through the local countryside, past farms and seeing timeless farming techniques on display. Take a boat out on Lake Kalisil, perfect in the late afternoon and the birdlife on display is superb. If you have more time, head out in 4x4s into the remote countryside in the Daang Plateau, seeing canyon-like landscapes and hidden shrines. For the more cultural, visit the city palace in Karauli and the temple of Medanmihanji.
