River Cruise and trek around Hsipaw

Head off along the Dokehtawaddy River where you take a traditional longtail boat 30 minutes upstream to a local fruit plantation. Walk through orchards of pineapple, papaya and orange trees. Wander through the plantations and reach a 150 year old monastery where you can meet the local monks. Continue even further off the beaten track to a local hill-tribal village where you stop for lunch and see the nat shrine. Meet the locals before heading back by boat to Hsipaw.
