This privately guided 30km mountain bike ride in the Atlas Mountains is the perfect way to explore Morocco’s Atlas, see the local culture and admire the views. We will take you to the village of Azgour in a 4×4 (1 hour) where we unload the bikes. You cycle along dirt tracks, although you won’t need much technical skill to complete this cycle ride. You will pass through local villages, across valleys towards Imi n’Tala where a local family will host you for lunch and mint tea.
In the afternoon, you continue through the Anougal Valley before joining the quiet road to Amizmiz. You then return to Marrakech in your 4×4. The overall attitude gain is just 470 metres, so is perfect for those who love cycling in their leisure time. For those who want to exert themselves a little more, we can provide a 65km cycle ride in the Ourika Valley (with 1,175m altitude gain). For those who want, we can also arrange an e-bike alternative, which is perfect for those wanting a little help to make it up the steep hills!
